I wish I had a sleep schedule. I got up three hours ago. I crashed last night around 19:30 because sleep debt had finally caught up with me and I was unable to do anything I needed to do. Fixing food was mostly outside of what I was capable of, although I was apparently able to argue politics. I wish I could convince my body to sleep for more than 8 hours when it clearly needs it and when the time is available. I'll probably sleep on the plane; hopefully that will allow me to become less rather than more messed up for the rest of the conference.
