Killer SIP Application

I've been playing around a lot with VOIP devices lately; possibly more on that later. However I've decided that I know the next killer application for people who spend way too much time on conference calls. There should be a SIP event package so that your music player application can subscribe to your dialogue and mute your music when you unmute your microphone. That would make many of my meetings go better.
